Care agreement

You run the business. You own the website. We handle hosting, updates, and a set amount of changes each month so you do not have to. This page is the deal. Read it before you start.

1. Who this is with

High Power Technical Solutions LLC (“we”) and the business named at the bottom (“you”). Virginia law. A person who can sign for your business has to sign. We talk in person, by phone, or by email. We do not take a card on this page.

2. You own the site

The site is yours. Your words, photos, logo, and domain stay yours. While Care is active we host it and make the allowed changes. If Care ends, you can take the files. If you want the files without finishing the term, the buyout is $2,500. We are not buying your business and we are not taking the site.

3. What Care includes every month

• Hosting, SSL, and domain DNS
• Daily backups, kept 30 days
• Uptime check and routine security updates
• A working contact form to your email
• A mobile check after we change something
• A reply the next business day
• A small “Powered by High Power” line and a QR to our card in the footer (our branding, not a claim on your business)
• Ten High Power print cards when you start

Unused time does not roll to the next month. Extra work after the cap is $150/hour, billed in 30-minute pieces, only if you ask for it.

4. A “small edit”

Swap a photo. Change hours, prices, or a few words. Swap a menu item. Fix a broken link. Not a new section, not a redesign, not a store, not an app, not a photo shoot, not a writing campaign. Those are quoted as separate jobs.

5. Plans and the monthly cap

Launch / brochure sites: we build the first version at $0 when this agreement is signed and a card is on file. Booking, stores, logins, and apps are quoted. We take at most eight live Care clients until we have a year of records.

If you blow the cap two months in a row, we move you up a tier or we quote the extra work. Founding seats are the first eight Care clients at $129. After those seats are filled, new Care is $179.

6. Term, card, and cancel

Twelve months. Card on file before we start the build. After the year, it continues month to month unless you or we end it with 30 days’ notice. To end it, email [email protected] (a customer billing portal will be added; until then email is enough). Prepaid time is not refunded. If you leave early and want the files, pay the $2,500 buyout. We will not create an online “Buy Care” button until this agreement is in force.

7. Reviews and quotes on your site

We do not write fake reviews. We do not put Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, or “verified customer” quotes on your site unless you give us the real source (link or screenshot) and the date. You do not ask us to invent reviews. If a quote cannot be shown as real, it comes down.

8. What we do not promise

We are not your lawyer, doctor, or accountant. This is a website and hosting service, not a compliance certification. We do not claim HIPAA, military, or “bank-grade” status. Search ranking is not guaranteed. If your own content is illegal or you do not have the rights to it, that is on you.

9. If something goes wrong

We will fix our mistakes. We are not liable for lost sales, lost data beyond the 30-day backups, or indirect damages. Virginia law. Talk to us first. If we cannot settle it, a Virginia court in the Hampton Roads area.

10. The whole deal

This page, plus the plan you pick and any written quote for extra work, is the agreement. The old sample Terms of Service on this site is not the Care deal. We can update this page; the version you signed (or the copy we email you) is the one that counts for your term.
